We highly recommend the Polini or Leo Vinci exhaust with this kit. A great 24mm carb upgrade is available too.

This kit will fit on all Primavera and ET3 scooters, and also post-1965 Vespa 90. Additionally it will fit on some Vespa 50, but we recommend upgrading your gearing on 50cc engines at the same time.You will need four long cylinder studs and a Primavera cylinder shroud to use on these models.

Will not fit 63-64 Vespa 90. Sorry, there is no cylinder kit available for those years!

Cylinder Kit, Polini - VSX (207cc)Cylinder Kit, Polini - VSX (207cc)One of the highest-output cylinders available. This cast-iron kit shines in the lower end and midrange, and can have you pulling wheelies regularly. While it may not last quite as long as the nikasil Malossi or Pinasco kits, it's the most "bang" for the buck!

Perfect when mated with a Prima pipe! The 26/26 carbs are very popular with this cylinder too.

A recommended carburation upgrade is the Malossi reed valve kit. We also recommend the Polini or Leo Vinci exhaust.

This kit will fit on all Primavera and ET3 scooters, and also post-1965 Vespa 90. Additionally it will fit on some Vespa 50, but we recommend upgrading your gearing on 50cc engines at the same time.You will need four long cylinder studs and a Primavera cylinder shroud to use on these models.

The cast-iron cylinder kits produced by Malossi s.p.A. are designed and manufactured with the specific abjective of obtaining high combustion efficiency, long life, and a reliability that suits the Malossi name. Owing to the experience gained in the preparation of cylinder kits for race, Malossi engineers have developed the thermodynamics of cast-iron cylinder kits to the fullest and designed the inner fuid mechanics of the cylinder kit with fanatical precision (see the tranfer pipes, exhaust and combustion chamber), thereby obtaining a high level of turbolence in the combustion chamber. The latter has permitted a substantial reduction in specific consumption and a drastic reduction in the exhaust emission of pollutants.

SCOOTER WEATHER IS HERE!
We are currently accepting most makes and models of gas powered motor scooters for repairs. Please call or email to schedule an appointment before bringing your scooter in.  Scooters are accepted only during business hours so please do not leave your scooter outside our building after store hours.  We want you to be thrilled with our service.  If you experience a problem regarding our repairs on your scooter, please bring it back within 30 days so we can make it right.  Vehicles that are not picked up upon completion after 3 business days will be charged storage fees of $10/day unless arrangements are made with management.  After 30 days property will be considered abandoned and sold.
