Shipping Rates and Policies
We at The Scooter Lounge want shopping on our website to be your favorite pastime. To that end, we have even gone to the trouble of putting up this shipping information page. Bask in it's glory. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns by contacting us at info@scooterloungeonline.com Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We usually ship with UPS, but that may change. Because we're so cool, we pass the actual shipping costs along to you, our valued customer. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Also please note: Unless otherwise stated, all our scooters are available for in-store pickup only. We will gladly accept returns on defective items within 10 days of purchase. If you buy a battery and explode it or you order a helmet and smash it up against a rock we will not accept it.
