Shipping and Return Policies

Order Processing and Backorders

Most packages will be shipped via USPS to the United States only.  Because we keep many parts in stock and receive parts from our suppliers frequently, most orders should be received within 3-5 business days.  However, your order may contain some parts that we do not have in stock.  Our diagrams list thousands and thousands of parts.  We can not stock all of these parts and no dealer does.  We special order these parts specifically for you and it may take up to about 10-14 days for you to receive them.  If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.  Backorders will be filled before new orders once the parts are available. 

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska & Oversized Packages

Additional shipping prices may be included on orders to Hawaii and Alaska.  Our shipping calculator is designed for the lower 48 states.  On large orders that are shipped in oversized packages there may be additional shipping charges.  You will be contacted if the price is more than stated on your invoice.


Returns must be approved within 3 months of your purchase.  Unless our error, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in new condition to be accepted. If items are not received in re-saleable condition, they may not be accepted.  This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products.  We do not accept the return of electrical parts and components.
