Shipping

All packages will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Most parts should be received within 3-5 business days.  Although, some Genuine parts take an additional 7 days processing.  A notice will be displayed at checkout if additional shipping time is needed.

Returns

Returns must be approved.  Please e-mail scooterloungeonline@email.com for authorization. Unless our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns of our other items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted. If items are not received in re-saleable condition, they may not be accepted.  This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality of our products. 

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska : Additional shipping prices may be included on orders to Hawaii and Alaska.  Our shipping calculator is designed for the lower 48 states.  You will be contacted if the price is more than stated on your invoice.
