This is the filter from SENTEC that produces the factory oil filter for Piaggio/Vespa and Genuine/PGO.

This filter fits on the following scooters:

Genuine Buddy 125 & 150
Vespa LX150, ET4, GT200 & GTS 250

The SENTEC filter features a head that does not require a special tool or creative work to remove or replace (unlike the aftermarket filter).
